These are helpful to know when nicotine is fully out of your system. There's many reasons someone might use these. It certainly helped me with the phycology of stopping. I felt a bit better with less urge it seemed once I knew that the nicotine was completely out of my system. Also although I had quite smoking long ago I continued to use nicotine products to soothing the urge but things like life insurance or I learned being a surrogate do not distinguish between actual smoking (the thing that causes the big risk) and just chewing nicotine gum. I was able to successfully pass my insurance screening and get the far lower rate I should get as a non-smoker. Read more
