These things WORK. I was able to extend my walks by over 3 k by using these inserts. My lower back was causing pain during my walks (typically 8-10 k) even with new supportive walking shoes. Once I inserted these the pain was gone. ONE complaint: the included adhesive is worthless. It won't hold the inserts in place. Instead, use 3M's Two Sided sticky tape; THIS stuff will keep the inserts properly placed come running or quick walking. VERY MUCH worth the price. If you're a long distance walker, these are a lifesaver. Not sure about warmth: it's not something I want in a shoe and these don't cause my feet to get hot. Not sure why 'Warmth' is included as a benefit. Read more
I found my first pair of these at Ross they were inexpensive and I thought I would give it a try. I did and had immediate relief to my heel pain. I searched online for more and was happy to find these. I ordered 3 more. Will buy more in the future. Read more
