The media could not be loaded. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the product I purchased from your company. From the day I bought it, the product has had severe issues, making it impossible to operate properly. When I initially contacted customer care via chat, I was met with rudeness and unhelpful responses. The representative informed me that my unit was a refurbished one, which was never disclosed at the time of purchase. This was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Following this, I called customer care, and a service technician was sent to my home. Upon inspection, he confirmed that my unit was defective and needed a replacement door. However, he mentioned that the door was not in inventory and that he would place an order for each part separately. It has now been over five days, and I have not received any communication or confirmation email regarding the order status. This situation is causing significant inconvenience and frustration, especially in the mornings when my family is rushing to get ready for work and school. My wife is particularly upset and finds the product unproductive and stressful to use. The lack of a functioning appliance has disrupted our daily routines and added unnecessary stress to our lives. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the product and the poor customer service I have received. I regret discarding our well-functioning Samsung microwave for this unreliable product. We hought this mostly for capacity and external looks to match the other appliances. It is good looking. Build quality is good with a nice interior, too. We use it mostly as a microwave - in this department, I'd rate as good but not great. It doesn't seem to have the power our old GE had. We've used it as a convection oven once or twice and the same - performance was satisfctory, but not great. Never used the air fry mode. The only complaint is the internal shelf is a little too low. Coffee cups and other containers wont fit and we usually have to remove the shelf. Read more

We installed this in our motorhome. Oh my gosh yall, its a game changer in cooking. This unit is a convection oven, microwave and air fryer! Its beautiful and Ive used all the cooking programs. I regret purchasing this Frigidaire microwave. It’s poorly built and has proven to be completely unreliable. Even more frustrating is the so-called warranty service, which is essentially useless. Frigidaire’s customer support is a nightmare—you’ll spend hours on the phone or the chat without any resolution, only to be promised a technician who may never show up or a technician who may leave without correcting the problem. Then their customer service will schedule another appointment and everything will be the same. Despite paying a premium for what’s supposed to be a top-of-the-line appliance, we have been without a working microwave for months. Frigidaire shows no concern for the inconvenience caused, the wasted time, or the time off work required to deal with their unresponsive service. Read more

Replaced my 14 year old Frigidaire professional and I would say it is an upgrade with a number of improvements like no handle to loose (edge and bottom right inset in door to open and close creating a smooth one price surface for cleaning. Also technological advancements to cook food more efficiently with better results…air fryer is also nice. Read more
