This whole bit of self improvement sounds insane, but if you're on that train already... this is a medically acceptable piece of equipment, standard to testing done. It's not one of those crazy cheap products advertising more "needles" than has been proven therapeutically useful, this is the correct count amd contains actual individual needles unlike those crazy pizza-cutter contraptions cluttering amazon. I've used this multiple times in several sensitive places. Follow best practices and cleanliness (LOTS OF SANITIZING) and as amazing as it seems, it works. I've lifted deep stretch marks, brought them from purple to, well, normal but still a bit shiny (we take what wins we get) and firmed up mildly sagging skin. It's painful but it does actually work. It came with excellent packaging. I have not used a Derma Roller before, or had any microneedling treatments. I got it to use for my face, neck and scalp. With the focus being on my head, the top front, where my hair is thinning. I have not had it long enough to state any results but apparently (according to a NIH article) to see results of hair thickening it should take approximately twelve weeks, if you use Minoxidil with it. is a weird prickly feeling - it could be painful, but you have control over that depending on the amount of pressure you use. I started easier and then increased the pressure once I became more used to using it. I like the look of this particular roller with the gold and silver metal color. It provides directions on how to use it and how to clean it. When I started looking at derma rollers I was surprised to see how inexpensive they were, for what you get. I hope to see results in the coming weeks, in the meantime I am committed to using this tool 1-2 times a week. Read more

Had it for a couple of years now, just spray some alcohol after every use and store it on its original container and this thing will last forever, still looks brand new and 0 signs of wear whatsoever. And yes it has helped with the hair loss Read more
