I have an 8-month-old 78-pound Ridgeback, and she loves this product. I am a first-time owner of a Bite Sleeve, so I have minimal experience judging quality, and sure there are better options if you are a pro. I was looking for a tool that was reasonably priced that my dog could grow into. It has been great so far and seems well made for the task I am using it for. I think for an entry-level Bite Sleeve, you can not beat the price. I can not give a true high PSI rating since my pup's bite is still developing. If you are considering starting bite training, I think it is a starting point. I am happy, and they shipped the product quickly. Read more

This is overall a decent product. I do not see it lasting very long. My GSD has already put some good bites into it. Good enough to keep and use until I can afford a better one. Read more

I liked that it is made out of hard rope because it makes the product more durable. What I don't like is that the strap on the small tug toy broke off because it is not so durable. I used this product as a training tool for 2 pitbull breed of dogs, so they are a powerful breed that can't easily bite through the sleeve, which is good. Read more

Bite sleeve Pros Cheap Durable for price Can't feel the bite That's about it Cons The inner bar should be vertical instead of horizontal my 4 month old malinois puppy kept getting my hand good because there is no protection for the hand due to the size of the opening The material is just not it, the inner and outer material fray easily with sharp puppy teeth. My GSD loves this sleeve and he has punctured it but still can't get to my arm. Very strong for a big dog bites. Each time I get this in my hand he loves it and want to play with it and gets me burn few hundred calories. Good warm up before working out or just burn some calories with your dog. Read more
