After minimal use, the motor began making loud grinding noises and eventually stopped working altogether. I replaced the unit, but the same problems happened again — including display malfunctions and inconsistent vibration levels. Clearly, there are design or quality control flaws. WARNING - This arrives in a 6 x 3-ft crate which cannot be maneuvered into your home! You'll have to have the tools and strength to dismantle the crate (pull nails out of plywood), then drag the boxes out of it, unpack them, and assemble this thing, which is not a lightweight piece of equipment. I have no doubt that the equipment is probably good, the getting to it takes so much work and/or expense, it's not worth it. Read more

I saw this product at a home show, came home, did some research and bought through Amazon at half the price. I am very satisfied with this machine, my joints and muscles feel so much better from using it. It has enabled me to completely avoid sore muscles after hard physical work. The results are amazing. No more stiff neck or sore back. My husband has fused vertebrae in his back and it has helped him reduce pain and improve mobility. I can't say enough good things about this machine.
