The media could not be loaded. Fails Repeatedly — Major Design Flaws This vibration plate has serious durability issues. After minimal use, the motor began making loud grinding noises and eventually stopped working altogether. I replaced the unit, but the same problems happened again — including display malfunctions and inconsistent vibration levels. Clearly, there are design or quality control flaws. Very frustrating experience. I strongly advise against purchasing this model. Read more

WARNING - This arrives in a 6 x 3-ft crate which cannot be maneuvered into your home! You'll have to have the tools and strength to dismantle the crate (pull nails out of plywood), then drag the boxes out of it, unpack them, and assemble this thing, which is not a lightweight piece of equipment.
