We love this machine, it's great and just as good as the MUCH more expensive name-plate ones! Our chiropractor recommended this and we're so happy we got it. Be aware, however, that it comes impressively packed in a plywood crate which you will have to take apart, but it's totally protected and amazingly well packed! Also curbside delivery only unless you pay extra, and it's heavy, so be prepared. But the machine itself was easy to put together, is nicely designed, and works great. Manual is in pidgin English, poor Chinese (I assume) translation, and it's hard to figure out how to program the machine, but still we're very happy with it. Here's to good health! UPDATE: the machine has been behaving oddly since we got it, it stops and starts vibrating after 5 minutes in a 10 minute program that's supposed to be continuous. Seller is friendly, but so far no answer as to how to fix this or if it's defective. NOW we find out from him that the company is out of business, he's just the seller trying to help out. The Amazon posting does not say this is a closeout or discontinued, so I am not happy about that. I hope this will get resolved soon, it's very frustrating! Will update when I have something to post. Update 2023: The machine kept vibrating ok for 5 minutes, then intermittently stopping and rocking, then vibrating again from the day we had it, never got right. No customer service, issue never resolved, not able to return it, basically a waste. Recently we hears a loud pop, likely a broken belt, now it's a total goner, nobody will touch it. It's a Vibratrim but without the labeling, so Vibratrim won't deal with it. Very very bummed. Not an authentic product, a couple thousand dollars lost. Read more

Saved huge dollars over branded models which are identical. We've been using for several weeks now without any issues at all. Seems well built. Arrived well protected from the rigors of shipping. If it holds up over time it will be great. For now I am very satisfied with the quality. Read more
