The built-in hook is also a nice touch, I like that I can hang it on the wall or a bracket instead of having it sit on the counter taking up space. Performance-wise, it dries really well. The 1600W motor definitely pushes strong airflow, and it didn’t struggle with my thicker, wavy hair. It cut down my drying time, which I always appreciate. I do find it a bit on the louder side compared to my regular dryer, but it’s not unbearable; just something to note if you’re sensitive to noise. The ionic feature seems to help with smoothness. My hair felt shiny and not overly frizzy afterward, and I didn’t feel like it was blasting excessive heat. I like the peace of mind of the temperature control and safety plug as well, especially when traveling. As for the attachments: the smoothing nozzle and diffuser were perfectly fine and did what I expected. However, the comb/teeth attachment was not what was pictured in the listing. The one I received had shorter, thicker teeth, and the hard plastic felt uncomfortable running through my hair. If your hair tangles easily, I would honestly skip that attachment because it can snag. This hair dryer arrived with a very suspect looking burn or chemical discoloration blotch on the side of it. (I attached a pic) That spot does not wipe off. I decided against my current feelings about this to test it out anyway. 🤦‍♀️ I should have listened to my instincts. The hair dryer struggled a bit to snap up into place, but I just kept on going…. The diffuser looked like it would screw into place but it doesn’t, you really have to shove it on and hold and press down with some might to get it into position 😅 After I declared myself the winner of that battle, I thought ok how bad can this be? ***Spoiler Alert*** It was awful! Smelled like funky dust and possibly something even more dangerous like electrical issues. Had the setting to blow dry on high and the hairdryer even knew better and turned itself on low 😭 I felt the side of the diffuser and it was HOT HOT. Promptly unplugged and said “Not Today…..!!!” Unfortunately I cannot recommend this hair dryer for safety reasons. Damaged, defective and going in the dump. Read more

If you are tight on storage space, this foldable hair dryer is a really practical choice. You obviously only get so much power at this price point, but the compact design is the best part, so it's great value in that regard. It folds up nicely which makes it a lot less unwieldy whether you are tucking it into a bathroom drawer or trying to fit it into a carry-on bag for a trip. It comes with several different accessories, but I am honestly not a big fan of how they attach. You have to really push them in to get a click, and taking them off requires some serious force. I usually have to pry the bottom off first and then the top to get it to budge. It feels like a bit of a weakness in the design, and I really wish they had just gone with a simple twist-on style instead. That being said, the dryer is definitely powerful enough for the tradeoff of being so portable and easy to hold. It is not exactly a heavy-duty salon tool, but it gets the job done and is very easy to handle. If you need something that saves space but still performs well, this is a solid pick. Read more
