I bought this because of the reviews and people saying "This is the One!" Glad it worked for them, however, I didn't not have such luck. My carpet is very thick and plush and very light in color. I used a Pre-Spot treatment and let that sit for 2 hours, used this product as directions said and it didn't work. There is still a yellow tint on my carpet. I went over the area several times. Waited for it to dry and went back over it again with the shampooer. Still see yellow. One stain was very fresh, one was a couple months old, but it didn't remove either stain. I'm not impressed. I did use it on a very thin rug that is white and it worked for that. So my conclusion is it works on some types of carpet but not all. Read more
