I’m on my feet from 8-12 hours a day 5-6 days a week. I have high arches and that’s just a recipe for plantar fasciitis. This literally saved my feet. For the longest time my feet would have shooting pain from my heel all the way up to my knees. And at around the 4 hour mark I could barely stand up.
