I bought a dvd and hd tv from them. The Tv worked fine, it mounted to the wall and perfomed well (just lucky i guess). The second LCD TV has software bugs, needs to be rebooted once in a while. The DVD player did not work when it arrived. I sent it Back, It took 8 months for the replacement to show. In the mean time, i purchased an Onkyo. Everytime I called Protron/spectoniq, I got no answer. There customer service is horrific. Spend a little more money and stay with a brand name. Don't walk!! RUN from anything they sell. Read more
