I use nasal strips for cycling. Previously I have used breath right. Biggest issue was getting them to stick. I would use alcohol, hold in place for long period of time, and wait 30 min before exercising. With these the stick and stay stuck with minimal effort. They can be tough to take off but I usually just slowly take them off in the shower. I def recommend these! Read more

At first I loved these - affordable, they don't fall off at night, less packaging than other options (they aren't individually packaged). But, the glue along the bridge is SO sticky, it hurts to take these off. I don't have especially thin skin or anything, I've never had a problem with other nasal strips. I just placed my 2nd order for there. I have a very oily nose and as long as I clean my nose good and get rid of the oil 1st, these stay on all night allowing me to breath. They open up my nose really well compared to other brands. I highly recommend these. Read more
These stay on for such a long time, but are easy to remove. I use them for when I’m sleeping or when I’m working out due to my deviated septum. I've been wearing nose strips at night for years. These are the best. They're soft and flexible. They don't start peeling off in the middle of the night.
