Absolutely awful. Worked for about a month and then the velcro backing came unglued and it would not hold a charge for more than one use, then nothing. I was going to try and get another because of it being faulty but decided to just trash it because of the time and eneergy that I don't have to deal with substandard equipment from overseas. It doesn't fit. I can't fasten it behind my head so it's snug. The straps are too long, and very loose. I'm an adult; I wear an average hat size. I'm disappointed that I'll have to return this before even charging the controller (for 5 hours before first use, according to the instructions) because the straps are too long. Read more

When I purchased this in September, I bought it directly from Project E Beauty. I bought it from their website because it was newer product w/o many reviews and WEBSITE PROMISES 60 DAY GUARANTEE. At day 60, I had multiple issues with the white controller holding less and less power. By week 6, I was lucky to get 6 to 8 THREE minute treatments. I also charged it overnight after it was dead but after 5 days of sitting unplugged, the controller did not work. I have since found multiple reviews that the controller is terrible quality. Multiple reviews have stated that at 6 months the controller loses it's ability to hold a full charge until it won't charge anymore. I requested a return on DAY 60 after I tried charging various ways to charge it trying to get it work better i.e. after 4 uses charge it & unplug as soon as full, charge after zero power left, etc. Now Project E Beauty waited 2 days after I made the return request. They are saying that I'm outside of the 60 days! I made the request and documented it was done on day 60 & I plan on making a credit card dispute if they don't honor the return. I don't want another controller because of other multiple complaints about it being an issue for others. Since the controller is an ongoing issue, I decided it's not worth it and now I see the company doesn't stand behind it's claims. Since I could not use the face & neck mask as recommended, I have zero improvements. The website chat recommended I use face & neck separately to verify if the controller worked BUT the site shows people using BOTH face & neck masks at the same time. I have never had to baby items that need charging like this mask controller. Ear buds, headphones, voice recorders, etc all have charged and held their charge for a very reasonable amount of time unlike this controller. In a R****t post, a person stated that the company claimed there was a bad bath of controllers months ago. If that is true then quality control should be testing controllers prior to shipping or better the company should be sending 2 controllers. If the company sends 2 controllers for each face mask & at least 3 controllers for each face & neck mask, then a person would actually be able to use the masks every day or every other day without issues.
