Great Velcro weights for my wrists
I am on a fitness journey and these ankles / wrist arm weights or comfortable, easy to use, I had a great workout and they are very durable. They weigh 2 lb for each wrist in the color is what I choose. I can't wait to use them more. Read more

The media could not be loaded. True to color and photograph, that that’s important! We want to feel good about the color that we’ve chosen. So these weights are comfortable with the fabric they have used. This does not have interchangeable weight packets. This is just a standard take it or leave it wait so if there are other options other than 2.5, then pick that because it is permanent. Left a video to show the actual true weight. I would buy this again. Came in in perfect condition although smooth will watch for any wear and tear to see how long this will last. I don’t plan on wearing these every single day but, suggestion, purchased yourself some flared pants so you can wear them to work underneath the pants. Great as added weight, but NOT as ankle weights
Went on a walk with these weights. They were so uncomfortable that I had to stop every 5 minutes to fix them around my ankle. Made me angry, bcs a cardio workout should not be stopping every 5 minutes. At some point it started rubbing on my skin, even though I had thick socks between my skin and the weight, so much so that I knew it will cause me a big and painful blister. Since I was about 30 minutes away from home, I decided to use them on my arms instead. 5 lb per hand, made my arms tired within a few minutes, but I still had to keep walking, so I put the weights around my waist, like a belt. Luckily the weights were long enough, that two of them could fit around my waist. So I'm going to keep these because it's actually fantastic that I can add 10 pounds to my body weight as I walk, but if you are looking for weights to put around your ankles, this is a horrible thing to purchase, because they don't stay put on your ankle and they rub the skin so much that within a very short time you get a blister.
