Good for rehab etc.
Nice to use. I bought this for my recovery from rotator cuff repair surgery. I roll it up the wall. It has nice weight. It's mushy enough to hold on to . I would recommend them. They feel like they are loaded with sand. Read more

I purchased these for children's fitness workouts, and there are countless exercises you can do with these. The sand gets evenly distributed and you can feel the quality with every grasp. These were a fun choice, glad I went with these ! Read more
I purchased a couple different weights and they work great. Great for building grip strength. Read more
This item has no odor, it has a thick, smooth outer surface, and it has a very nice aggregate filling. I press it between my palms, squeeze it between my knees, knead it or pull on the casing with my fingers, and sometimes I just shake the heck out of it for low-impact cardio without getting off my desk chair. It's also pretty great for impact-training the pecs and abs, because it's just a soft outer shell without any of the weird crap they put on the outer shell to make it look cool for the crossfit chumps. This little guy is a real all-in-one workout buddy. Read more
Little bit of a give to it when holding and definitely able to take impact when thrown, overall very happy with product. Read more
Perfect for the money. Keeps it's shape. Many don't. Just the right thickness of rubber. Read more
The red ball is three pounds and the yellow ball is five pounds. I have both. Because the yellow, 5# ball is heavier it is a little larger than the 3# one. They are easy to grip because they give just enough to handle. Made of good quality material. Very happy with them for what I use them for - just what I wanted. Read more

That movement is enough to provide not only a decent workout for the biceps, but more than that gives a great workout for the forearms and hands to increase grip strength. At 8 pounds, it would be heavier than some people could handle tossing into the air and catching it with the other hand. Because although the dead weight is 8 pounds, by the time it hits my hand upon falling then it probably has a good 15 pounds of force. Read more
