Original Review: Wish I could have even used it. Got it, charged it, hit the button. It vibrated for 30 seconds and then stopped. No further response from button clicks on it or the remote (clicked, held down, clicked both on remote, held down both on remote, nothing would get it to respond). I tried all buttons both with it plugged in and unplugged, still nothing. Ended up having to chat with support to get a refund. I wish I had listened to the other bad reviews. Oh well. Feb 1, 2026 Edit: Their customer support contacted me about the issue. They sent me a replacement for free. This is now my new favorite toy. It hits JUST the right spots physically, and the vibrations are amazing, but the estim, oh the estim, it made my toes curl. This was actually pretty awesome the first time but before that time even, it seemed to fail and the power cut drastically It is not returnable so no point but I was very disappointed because it was so impressive and now barely works. Another lesson learned, I would love to be able to recommend and would if it lasted but because of the sudden failure I could not recommend. Maybe if they work out the kinks then the kinks would be better! Read more

This is the second one I have bought. I like it quite a bit but the second one I bought is defective it was very hard to push the button and it only worked the first time for a little while. Now it won’t even turn on after being charged all the way. Update they sent me a new one to replace the broken one. Very nice awesome and works great. Read more

Decent design and vibration ok, the electrical seems nonexistent. Even when turning the vibration off nothing is felt and I am familiar with electrical play.
