Not for flat feet and overpronators
I liked that these had extra padding near the metatarsals. Unfortunately, if you have a flat arch and are an overpronator like me, these orthotics will provide minimal arch support. If there was less padding on the outer edge of the orthotics and the arch had more regidity to prevent collapse, these orthotics would be perfect. My feet remained misaligned and I had foot and ankle pain related to that. Read more
