I bought this about 4 years ago and use it pretty regularly for tasks like paint removal. It's good quality for what I paid and I have had no problems with it. The on/off slider switch keeps working and the gun keeps heating so no complaints. As of January 2026, I notice the price has gone up about $6, however. Probably still a good deal. Read more

The heat gun works fine and comes with a few different attachments. The build quality is a little questionable and you can see in my pictures how the metal heating portion is not centered in the plastic. Obviously this is nowhere near the quality of higher end heat guns but you get a decent little heat gun for the price. I'll update the review in the future if the gun fails. Read more

The media could not be loaded. I bought this heat gun for doing candles. I chose it because of the different heat levels of low and high. It's also nice that it has 4 different head accessories. The cord is nice and long and made well. I was surprised at how light it was. I was expecting it to be heavier. I'm happy it's not heavy. I like how you can stand it up on the back to allow it to cool after every use. It did smell with the first use. That's to be expected. I will say, use it with caution around small kids or animals or even yourself. Lol! The tip stays hot until it has time to cool. It WILL burn 🔥 you. 😜😉 Respect the power tool or you will get burned.
