2 days in fan makes a noise
I probably wouldn't have even left a review, even though it had an issue on day two. But when they contacted me to ask what I thought of it, and I told them the situation, their response was just to keep tapping it because that's what I had to do to get the fan to stop making a noise. That's their solution instead of fixing it properly by sending another one and asking for the faulty one back. So I wouldn't buy from them until they put some research into fixing that problem. I changed my review to a five-star because they fixed the problem and sent me a new one free of charge it arrived within one day from my experience you just voice your concerns with any faulty products and then leave a review don't do what I did and review first lol.
