This tea has a very pleasant taste that isn't bitter or overwhelming. I have tried other brands of matcha tea that may be more of an acquired taste -- this particular tea is smooth and tastes like any other traditional tea. I usually consume my tea hot, but if it cools down to room temp it still has a pleasant taste. I would say it would make a very nice glass of iced tea if that was your thing. The value is certainly on point for the quantity. Three boxes makes it nice to store away the additional supply or share one with a friend to make their day! You really won't be making a bad choice with Pukka. It's organic and easy to use and tastes wonderful. It is a "would buy again" product, for sure! Read more

This matcha blend is very tasty without the "seaweed/fishy" flavor of other matcha green teas. It has a hint of mint. The extras (Sencha, Oothu, etc) are not present in most green teas without the exorbitant price, and this makes this a greater bargain. Most green tea is usually too strong (caffeine-wise) but this is just right. It gives me about 6 hours of an even, steady stimulant without spikes like coffee. Read more

I love this stuff. I’ve been trying to transition from strictly drinking coffee to doing this tea with coffee only as an occasional treat. I feel a lot better drinking this, not all bogged down in the guts like coffee without even getting a buzz! Since I’ve been mixing the tea/coffee I get an actual buzz off coffee now since the tea has less caffeine. I drink it straight, no accoutrements, it has a nice mild flavor, smooth. Good quality too. I order the Green Tea and have begun drinking it, and I haven't experienced a significant difference right now. To notice a difference according to my research, one's need to give it at least two to three weeks (I think).
