About this item

  • ▶Q: How much assistance do these pull up bands provide for progression? A: Four bands provide 75-300 lbs assistance. Start with 4 bands (300 lbs boost), then remove bands weekly. Most users achieve unassisted pull-ups in 4-8 weeks by decreasing 75 lbs per band removed.
  • ▶Q: Are these resistance bands safe and durable? A: Yes. Natural latex cores are protected by abrasion-proof sleeves to prevent snaps and wear. Heavy-duty D-rings and cushioned dual footrests provide stable, joint-friendly support. Tested to 350 lbs capacity, offering 50 lbs safety margin.
  • ▶Q: Can I use these bands for home gym workouts? A: Yes. Weighs only 1.8 lbs and stores compactly. Sets up in 30 seconds on any doorway pull-up bar (1-1.5" diameter) or gym equipment—no permanent installation needed. Perfect for home gyms and small spaces.
  • ▶Q: What bonus equipment is included in the set? A: Includes a premium sweat-absorbent workout towel and 5-piece resistance loop set (5-40 lbs). Use loops for squats, glute activation, and posture work—essentially getting two complete workout systems in one package.
  • ▶Q: What exercises can I perform and how do I track progress? A: Perform chin-ups, pull-ups, lat pull-downs, triceps, squats, and core training. Band count shows decreasing assistance—visual proof of your strength gains. Start with 4 bands, then remove them one by one as you progress toward unassisted reps.

Sturdy, Adjustable, and Great for Building Strength at Any Level

This pull‑up assist band set has been a fantastic addition to my home workouts. The four‑band system gives a wide range of assistance (75–300 lbs), so it’s easy to adjust the difficulty as you get stronger. I really like that I can add or remove bands depending on how my body feels that day. I’m also using it alongside my physical therapy to help strengthen my injured arm, neck, and torn hamstring. It’s definitely challenging—in a good, controlled way—and the dual foot/knee pads make the movements feel stable and joint‑friendly. It’s been a genuinely helpful tool in my recovery routine. The quality is impressive. The bands are protected with abrasion‑resistant sleeves, the D‑rings feel solid, and the whole setup feels secure when in use. It’s lightweight and compact, and it sets up in seconds on a doorway pull‑up bar, which is perfect for small spaces. The bonus towel and the extra 5‑piece loop band set are a great touch. I’ve been using the loops for glute activation and stretching, so it really feels like getting two workout systems in one. Overall, this is a durable, versatile, and well‑designed assist system—great for beginners, for strength progression, or for anyone who needs adjustable support during rehab or training. Read more

Better than just a simple band

These pull‑up assist bands are simple to set up and very easy to adjust, both for height and resistance. The individual foot stirrups are a big improvement over the single band loop I was doing before, giving a more stable and comfortable footing during reps. The product photos show the strap mounted directly to the pull‑up bar, which works fine, but I’ve found it more comfortable to mount it to a secondary bar behind the main one when possible. Otherwise, the strap tends to rub against me during straight deadhang pulls unless I bend my legs forward like in one of the photos. The extra strap bands seem perfectly adequate, though I don’t have any immediate plans to use them. The included towel feels like decent quality overall, but the stitched “pocket” end has some extra white corner stitches with loose threads that make it look a bit less polished than the rest of the border, which uses matching thread. I do like that the pocket keeps the towel in place on an inclined bench. My only real gripe is that the carabiners could be a bit larger for smoother clipping, and the latches themselves are not the smoothest. Also, the shortest height setting is just barely long enough to provide mild resistance when using my knees instead of my feet. At 5'10", it works for me, but anyone shorter may find that setup less effective. Overall, a solid and user‑friendly assist system with a couple of small limitations. For the listed price it is a decent value, though a better set of carabiners would elevate it. Read more
