These pull up bands are really good. They're stretchy and durable, while also being good for resistance training. It also comes with a manual that gives exercises you can perform with the bands. They came in a travel bag, so it's easy to carry around when moving from place to place. It also was not too expensive so I'd say it's worth the price. Read more
It was time for new bands and I’m pleased with the quality of this purchase. It comes with a small instruction guide if you need ideas on how to use them and a nice bag as a bonus that can be used for a variety of things. Comfort, size, and thickness are all as expected. Read more
These bands were a no brainer as we continue expanding our basement home gym. The bands are very good quality and do last for the workouts that we've used them for. Typically we use these bands as support for the pull up bar. They provide really good assistance and I am never worried that they will snap since they feel very durable. You could even incorporate an upper or lower body workout by using a beam in the basement and I still would not be worried about the durability of the bands. For the price, they were 100% worth it and they hardly take up any space which is an added bonus! Read more
Versatile Bands That Add a Lot of Options I’ve been using these YONKFUL resistance bands mostly for pull-up assistance and some general strength work, and I like how much versatility they add to my workouts. The set ranges from very light resistance (about 5 lbs) to heavy (up to 90 lbs), so I can scale depending on what I’m working on—whether that’s warming up shoulders with the lighter band or getting help on pull-ups with the thicker ones. The bands feel sturdy and haven’t shown signs of snapping or fraying yet, though like with any latex-style band, they should be kept out of the sun and away from sharp edges. The included carry bag is handy if you want to throw them in a gym bag or take them when traveling. One thing to keep in mind: the bands are quite wide at the heavier levels, which makes them a little harder to set up quickly and can feel bulky for some movements. Also, there’s no printed resistance level on the bands themselves, so you have to remember which color is which. Bottom line: A solid, versatile set of resistance bands that cover everything from light mobility work to heavy pull-up assistance, though labeling and bulkiness at the high end could be better. I am not expert but we have had similar bands before and the material of these seems to be on the cheap side. The larger badn should be strong enough to mitigate around 20=30 lbs but really we had to use all 4 bands together and that was not strong enough. So maybe the rubber they are using is actually low quality and not sturdy Read more
