Defective Product, Poor Quality Control

I have been a fan of the G703 form factor for years and I have been looking for a replacement for quite some time. I was excited when I heard the X3 is essentially an upgraded G703 clone, but I was worried about Pulsar's reputation of poor quality control. I decided to take the risk anyway and purchased the mouse. Upon opening it, there was an obvious difference in feel between the left and right click. The left click felt sticky and muted, and the right click was crisp and clicky. I actually purchased this mouse directly from Pulsar, but their site doesn't allow reviews (I can see why now), and they refuse to cover the cost of return shipping even if it is a defective item. Even if you're a big fan of the G703, I would strongly discourage anyone from purchasing anything from Pulsar until they improve their quality control unless you want to take the gamble and deal with keeping a defective mouse or having to pay for return shipping. Issues at 5 month mark

Felt really cheap when i first started to use it. I was able to setup the their app pretty easy and configure the mouse. Warranty does not apply if you buy it on amazon from what their website states. Currently having Scroll wheel issues and it stutters every time i scroll. They are aware that its an issue due to them having detailed instructions on how to troubleshoot it. last step is to contact them if all else fails to replace the sensor. do not recommend this mouse Read more
