Very soft. For a long sock, they have enough elastic to stay above my calves below the knee, and remain there with little need to adjust them unless stomping my feet to clear the treads of my boots. Keeps my feet warm in steel toed boots. Will update if any of these things change. Expensive for a single pair of socks though. Read more
Great fit. I always need over the calf socks so they stay up. Very soft and comfortable. I’ve used them hunting and skiing. Worked great for skiing as you are moving and generate body heat. Very cold hunting trips I need a thicker alpaca sock. Which I also have. Read more
These socks are wonderful, very comfortable and kept my feet warm while walking.......temp outside was 28 degrees. They have a lot of spandex in them so they hug your calf and they don't slide down into your boots. I wear a 7 1/2 shoe, so I ordered size medium and they are perfect. I would highly recommend. These socks are knee length on me. I'm 5'10. They stay up really well. They stay up well because my legs aren't toothpicks. (They're super tight. If you have one strand of calf muscle, you can consider these compression socks.) After wearing them all day the pattern of the fabric is imprinted on my leg. They're also very thin, like men's dress socks, and not soft at all. So if you're looking for something soft, warm, and comfortable, these are not for you. However, if your heart's desire is to experience what it would be like for a paper thin, cold blooded, boa constrictor to eat both of your lower legs all day, these are perfect for you! Read more
