They responded quickly and effectively, offering to send me an entirely new humidifier to replace the one which had broken, free of charge. They worked very quickly and helped to provide me with a model, and thus far I have no complaints. First Review: 1 Star It's the perfect size, it's adorable, and it has a good tank capacity. The way it was made makes it incredibly easy to clean, and when I got it, it was fully sealed in plastic which kept a bit of the plastic smell in there but it went away with one wash. The light cycle was cute and works well. The first week it worked excellent but unfortunately that week has ended and now it doesn't work properly anymore. The humidifier no longer works consistently and on the maximum setting it barely sends out any vapor (see the video). I've only had and it for a week at most so i'm disappointed to see it because other than that it was perfect. I am going to return it and see about getting another one, I am hoping I got a faulty system and that not all of them will work the same way. Read more

I got it for my teenager who has an ear infection. She loves it and will take it to college. She needs it because the room is so dry. I do have to turn down when on high mist has a bit of condensation, turned down, and it works great. She loves the colors of light. Read more

I LOVE this humidifer for my baby. First of all, it is a beautiful design. I have had multiple compliments from visiting friends and family members about the design and lighting of this product. This product is very easy to assemble and very simple to fill up with water. It has a “beep” noise it makes when it re-assemble the product after filling to ensure it is assembled correctly. I really enjoy this feature. This product is also very easy to clean and works beautifully. It produced a good amount of moisture in the air and with a full tank, can be ran all night. I used this for my sick baby in her bed room and it has helped her congestion tremendously. I love this thing! Read more

Set up was simple and straightforward. I set it up in a large bedroom but it doesn't seem to put out a ton of mist so it might be better for a smaller bedroom. The light function is very cute. It's simple to use - prepare to get a bit wet if opening it to refill at night (we usually refill at night to ensure it doesn't run out). We like it a lot and it looks like the pictures here. It appears to do a good job of making a mist, though this is something to use in a small room (we also keep a house-sized humidifier elsewhere in house but it has trouble keeping up during cold snaps and it's nice to have this humidifier nearby when sleeping. It's super quiet and the light can be deactivated for sleeping. We're using distilled water with this, which it can consume quite a lot of - on full blast it went through 1.8L overnight, but on lowest it seems to do better maybe half the reservoir. I think for this type of device it's important to use distilled water and to clean it so it doesn't get funky. This is true for all humidifiers. The light is annoying (it's a touch sensor button not a clicky button) so it's easy to hit it by accident, but it's also simple and straightforward to use and I like their choice of a clicky dial button for the humidifier control (light is completely separate control). I actually like this humidifier it’s nice but once you loose the spring you’re basically f***** I’m so upset that this item doesn’t bring extra springs or extra green stoppers. This is the 3 time I buy this product and each time I try to refill it , when unscrewing the spring goes flying somewhere and completely disappears leaving the humidifier worthless without it it doesn’t flow the way it should , water is everywhere it’s just too much. I’m not buying another one at this point because they are more than 50 dollars each making me spend a total of $150 plus tax just because a tiny small spring . I can’t even make this up . Upset. Update: over 2 years later and my now toddler still loves it! We use, at a bare minimum the light, at every nap time and every night. We don’t need the humidifier most nights but recently needed it. Cleaned and filled it up, and it works like the first day we opened it. This was a great purchase and it’s really well made! This little gem popped up as I frantically searched for a “unicorn humidifier” for my one year old’s room at 8am. She’s been hit with seasonal allergies for the first time. I saw this one, read the reviews, love that you don’t need to replace a filter, it lights up, it was free “same day” prime delivery, and it had a coupon!! It was also free returns so I felt comfortable just in case. I cannot believe it, I ordered about 830am, and it was delivered around 430/5p (what kind of wizardry is going on here?!) The packaging was nice, the tank is pretty easy to clean and doesn’t leak when you put the lid on and flip over. I didn’t see a fill to line but I filled about 3/4 the way with distilled water. Setting the light color proves to be the hardest part of using this humidifier. The button doesn’t move when it’s pushed, it beeps, but I haven’t figured out the sweet spot to ensure the button does something every time I push it. It has on (rotating colors), push again to stay on a color you like, and push again for no color. Sometimes I go to stop on a color to use and it double beeps and turns the light off, then I have to try over. My daughter loved the glow, she stared at it, amazed, with her mouth open in shock and excitement. The next morning it was still going, and my daughter seemed to be less snotty. This little cloud humidifier ran for about 22 hrs on the 3/4 tank I filled the night before!! You could tell the humidity difference in her room too! Oh and it’s pretty quiet, it has a relaxing hum with a faint trickle noise. Even though the light color situation is frustrating, I 100% recommend this product. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy it again.
