I bought these for my daughter because she complained that running in PE made her feet hurt. She naturally has flat feet and her ankles roll to the inside a little. She has absolutely loved these, and has no more foot pain. She has continually switched these to every shoe she’s wearing each day for over a year. I should have bought more pairs but she didn’t mind doing it. I’m sizing up now and also getting some for her younger brother. For kids and adults alike, regular insoles are just not supportive.
