These were recommended to me (for the better price than custom orthotics) by my podiatrist. I have them on subscription order now so I can continue to add to all my shoes without switching each day. I love these & I have to wear these in every pair of shoes I own to prevent back and knee and foot pain. No metatarsal support bump
They were small, and no recognizable size was marked on the actual insole. The front edge of the insole hurt a bit, and I just briefly rested my foot on it to check it’s fit. It has no metatarsal bump, if you are looking at it for that, it’s not at all the right product. It seems like it would be good for general support since they are firm, but go for the full length.
