I get a checkup for meds every 6 months. They have to do a blood draw, the last 6 months my glucose was high. So this time I thought I would cheat & take this blood sugar support. It did nothing for me in lowering my blood sugar which is now 111. I didn't do anything differently. Now I know I have to take this more seriously not take a supplement, eat much better, exercise, drink water.
