This LArginine does work for the bedroom but as others have noted these capsuls are huge. I typically don't mind large pills but you're supposed to take 6 a day on an empty stomach and our stomachs are usually only empty in the mornings so I take 6 in the morning and man... it is a lot especially with all the water you'll need to get them down. It's my husband's first day taking this stuff so he says he'll give an update if he notices any obvious change. So far he hasn't noticed any negative side effects. He cleaned the kitchen today after taking 2 of these. I'm not sure if they gave him energy or if he was just sucking up. I saw them, they're big pills but he's a man and he swallowed them with water like any other pill so they're pretty easy to take. He said he didn't have any aftertaste or gross taste in his mouth. Most of these supplements have a ridiculously high price tag on them so we decided to go with this product and see if there was noticeable change. I think anybody looking for this stuff is probably looking for the same reasons. He's 36, a little overweight and sometimes lacking in energy and friskiness.
