Had to wait a while for them to return to Amazon and are now a few dollars more but the size is great. Take these once a day and they are super tiny so no choking on pills. My dad (81) takes Lutein and doesn't wear glasses so I figure I'll start taking it too so I can keep good eye health and vision. This is an easy to swallow softgel capsule that should be easy to take daily and the price is good. I'll also say my soft gel capsules were not stuck together like other reviews claim so not sure if they changed the capsule formula or if heat during shipping is a factor. Good luck. Thanks.
