Recent Quality Control Issues

I've had to use these for over a decade due to a deviated septum with scarring. I tried many different brands and styles and this is the only one that allows me to apply bacitracin multiple times a day to my internal, open wound. They have just the right amount of padding, sturdiness, size, etc. Unfortunately, since 2020/2021 I find an increasing number of sticks with padding on only one end. The other ends are almost bare with little to no cotton at all. I cannot use the unpadded ends. Hope they can fix this issue because there is no decent substitute I know of. Read more
