This is a pretty good migraine relief cap. I purchased these to give away at a holiday party and they were a big hit. Even if you do not need it for migraines, you can use it for a hangover, your neck, relaxation etc. I did not notice any odors or anything like that. Cold does not last very long with this cap. I have had other brands that lasted 30 minutes or more before I had to turn it inside out or grab the spare from the freezer. This cap lasts about 10 or 15 minutes and is maybe too thin to last any longer. The shape is good. It helps. Has no odor. Blocks out light. Is not too tight for my head. Read more
