Very comfy. It has helped my back and hips from aching. I do wish it was a little longer as I am tall and could use the extra length so I didn't have to use an additional pillow for my head. Do yourself a favor and order a different pillow. The design of this pillow is not one of quality. This doesn’t do what it needs to. No support after a few days of use. Does not provide comfort. It’s added to poor sleep quality and regardless of following instructions, it doesn’t keep its shape or firmness. Read more

This pillow is comfortable, cooling, and the pillowcase is a pretty color. The only thing wrong with it was the smell when it arrived. I was so shocked nobody else mentioned it in their review. It smelled like horribly perfumey fake rose, I had to wash the pillow cover in unscented soap/vinegar 6 times to get the smell out and sprinkle baking soda on the pillow, leave it in the sun and Vaccum it off for 2 days before it didn’t stink.
