Good set of kitchen knives
The knives are great. Typical RADA quality. Pretty much every knife you might need. The black handles are nice because they do not tarnish in the dishwasher like aluminum will. But I also have some steak knives with the wave handles, and their wave handles are far superior. I wish the wave versions were more readily available in a complete set. The block looks like there is zero finish on it. Maybe that is how it is supposed to be?? Either way I'm going to be taking some wood dye to it and seal it with some tung oil. Overall these are good, made in the U.S.A. ...but RADA needs to make a complete set with the wave handles and a finished block, and they'd have something far more attractive. Read more
