I have had this heater for a few months. It works great under my desk. Once when I was moving it I tilted it and it immediately shut off so I know that auto shut off feature is strong. It definitely allowed me to be comfortable in my office. I don't have heat in my office as it is supposed to get it from the rooms surrounding it but it is still cold. It does get quite warm so I usually only use the one heating element. There are two and you can use them separately or together. You can also chose whether you want to use the top or bottom element. It is so easy to use. One of the safety features is the case is cool to touch and that is very true. There is a handle on the back and I can put my hand there any time it is on and not risk getting burnt. It is nice in color. Read more

We love this heayer. It doesnt raise our electric bill and it watmd nicely. No, it doest have a fan but i like that on this heater. It geys toasty on cold days and days we're not ready to turn on the furmace. If this does, I'd definitely buy another. My husband likes it for his office too. Read more
The media could not be loaded. I was so glad to be able to find this infrared heater again! I first purchased one like it back in December 2017. Same design, but different brand. The first one lasted until March 2022. This heater comes in excellently for the colder months and the price is even cooler! Lol! Great price for being so energy efficient - a definite pro for me. Superb value for money! It is made of quality materials and it feels very durable. It is very quiet. It doesn’t shut itself off, so it will stay on until it is manually turned off. Depending on the amount of heat you need, you can use one or both of the heating elements. When you first turn it on, you will experience a slight burning smell; that’s very normal for functionality. Great for providing ambient warmth for people, objects, and a small room. Ensure that wherever you plug it in, that area is free of heavy traffic. You certainly don’t want this falling over because someone or something knocked it over, onto any flammable items! Read more
Very pleased. I use this under my workbench in an unheated garage and it keeps me comfortable without heating the entire garage. At 500 watts it only uses 1/3 the energy required by most fan-forced portable heaters. This is a radiant heater that ONLY heats objects directly in front of the heater. It does NOT heat the air and it is not suitable for heating a room. Read more

This heater gets 5 stars because it has lower wattage use settings than many others. And the lower settings on this actually works to keep me warm. The only con that's not really a con it's more of a safety warning: "Don't Hang Out Too Close" meaning don't sit too close to this type of heater, it will leave burn marks. For people using it to heat areas where animals are don't put in a place where they can sit or lay close too it. For people, sit at least 10 feet away, 3 or 4 ft is too close, it will leave burn marks on your body if you sit too close to the heater for too long. The other thing I like is it saves money on electricity because the lowest setting is 250 watts, it works to heat and cost less money for electricity to operate. I use the higher setting 500 watts to take chill off and then I lower it to 250, in my photo it's on the lowest setting 250 watts. Nice heater Read more
