This bed is outstanding, and a great value for the money. The bed foam is not “egg crate” style but is a rectangle of thick foam with a thinner layer of memory foam on top. It has just the right level of softness to offer good support while still being comfortable. My 17 year old dog loves it and sleeps soundly and deeply on it. The waterproof, removable, washable cover is very well made, has been tested, and functions completely as advertised. Shortly after purchasing this bed my old dog had an incontinence incident in this bed. The bed cover protected the foam completely. I removed the cover and washed it in the washing machine and it held up perfectly. The size was perfect and fit in her crate without being too tight or too loose. I purchased 1 Large and 1 XL mattress and I am so impressed by the quality that I just had to submit a review to let any potential buyers know how perfect this bed really is. It took me a few months to decide, as there are so many options to choose from, which made it difficult for me to choose just 1. In the end, it was between Rainmr, Laifug, Kopeks and Sytopia (all on Amazon) because they all had great reviews, affordable prices, neither of them had egg crate foam, they all had the waterproof liner, the non-slip bottoms, intended for large breeds, they all have the neck gap, are all orthopedic and consist of high density and memory foam. I really liked Laifug but I believe my big dogs need more than 4 inches of cushion. I wanted to make sure they didn't have to sink to the ground when sitting/laying down on their bed. Kopeks only had 1 size that I was able to find and I didn't want the plush cover, as my dogs' fur can get really staticky and I've noticed that plush material seems to only make it worse. After browsing through so many reviews, videos and photos, with my calculator in hand, I came to find that (in my opinion) Sytopia was the closest contender, as they appear to be very similar to the Rainmr but again, I only found them in 1 size and 1 of my dogs is bigger than the other. Also, I live in a tiny apartment home and probably couldnt fit 2 XL dog beds in here. Rianmr actually is more expensive than Sytopia but I was lucky to unlock a 50% Off discount on the Large size. Since the beds are compressed and shipped in a box, I was nervous that they would not plump up but thank goodness, as soon as we took them out of their boxes, they plumped right up. I'm sure we didn't need to let them air out for the 24-48 hours that is recommended on the instructions but we did anyway. So far, my dogs seem to love their new beds. They are actually really soft and squishy but firm enough where my boys are not touching the ground when using them and it's not too soft where its difficult for them to get out of bed. They are able to spread out as much as they want, toss, turn, flip and roll as they choose. My bullies have rough paws and huge nails that seem to rip through alot and my dogs are gentle with nothing and still they haven't ripped any holes or damaged their new mattresses in any way. my older dog seems to understand the purpose of the neck gap but my puppy, not so much. It can get cold in my apartment with the air conditioner always on so I laid some blankets on top of their beds for them to snuggle with and that sealed the deal. It shipped so fast! It’s super comfortable, great thickness, and feels of great quality! I got the Large camel color for my German Shepherd. I honestly should have gotten the XL but I was trying to save a little money. Besides that he does fit perfectly on it! It fluffed up within seconds! I’m really impressed with the quality of this orthopedic bed. From the very first day, my dog made it his favorite resting spot. The memory foam is both comfortable and firm, providing perfect support for his joints. The removable cover is super easy to wash, which makes it very practical. Another great feature is the non-slip bottom — the bed stays in place no matter how much my dog moves around. Really a fantastic bed. I love the different sizes and it's the reason I went with this bed (that and being true memory foam.) It's a little costly, but that's due to the size and being made out of true memory foam. I like that you can purchase new covers (if needed) that right there tells me the brand is somewhat high quality and will perhaps still exist in the next few years. I also like that there are technically TWO covers, an outer one means to get dirty and then an inner around the memory foam that is a nice touch. My dog instantly starting using the bed and loves it. He's a 65lb german shepherd mix. The packaging was slick and easy to open, the bed took about an hour to fully expand. Read more

WOW! I am so impressed with the quality of this dog bed and so is my dog. This is the thickest dog bed I have ever seen and purchased. My Bernese Mountain Dog, for whom it was purchased clearly loves it. My dog used to move around from one spot to another in my room at night searching for comfort. Ever since I purchased this bed she sleeps soundly in it each night. Definitely the best dog bed I have ever purchased and I have purchased many over the years. Now my chiweenie wants one of her own. This bed is absolutely fabulous! My dog is still young, but having a bed that is supportive of her joints and that can last with her through her lifetime is super important to me. As soon as we opened it, let it fluff out, and made the bed, my dog looked like she had a dream come true. It is super easy to keep clean as well. My dog has lots of seasonal throw blankets, and we keep them on top of the bed to avoid washing the cover each week. Instead we wash the throw blanket once a week and wash the main bed cover once a month. It’s super easy to take off and put back on despite how big the bed is. I cannot attest to the waterproof layer and how well that holds up as my girl is fully potty trained. All in all, I absolutely recommend this bed for spoiled pups! Read more
