Its every sharp, dish washer safe (just as described) and if you don't have a dish washer its still easy to clean. Just take a little scrubby brush with some soap and scrub away. Zesting lemons and limes are easy. Its sturdy enough for chocolate. Read more
Nicely made grater that's much easier to use than the 4-sided grater.
I have had a 4-sided grater for many years and although it has held up well, I wanted something I could use over a bowl to collect the grated product. This does not disappoint. It is very well made, is much easier to use and goes into my bowl beautifully. It cleans up well and I don't have to stick my hand up inside to get all the stuff out. I will use this grater much more often the the old stand by 4-sided grater. Although this grater only offers one grating size, it's the perfect size for my needs. I typically only used one size on the other grater anyway. I am very happy with this simple grater that provides me with more use. It came very well packaged and was delivered quickly by Amazon. This will not give you shredded cheese, but great for ginger
Overall the quality is great- durable, easy grip even for a lefty, quick to clean. We purchased for the purpose of grating cheese without using our big multi block grader and this grate is too fine. More like minced cheese over shredded. Still works great for other foods like ginger or garlic. Read more
