Very cute mini skirt with built-in shorts for comfort and modesty. This skort has a tiny little slit detail on the left leg. Although there is no definitive front or back to this skort, you can identify the front by its slit. The material is soft and stretchy like a t-shirt. Shorts underneath are solid and made of the same material. Not see through. No pockets on the shorts or on the skirt. The waistline has a little rushing on either side giving it a nice little fabric gathering effect across the waist. The fabric is a little huggy which is good because with as short as it is, it never rides up. It stays tucked nice and snug under the butt. Bending, sitting, squatting, dancing, walking- it stays in place. Even though it fits and is comfortable, I do wish I had sized up one size. I love this skort. It is true to size and sits right at or below the waist depending on how long your torso is. It is very stretchy and comfortable to wear. It is very short, almost too short to be able to wear. The built in shorts make it slightly more useful. I don't know if this would be appropriate at tennis or golf. The shorts/skirt combo allows me to be a bit more scandalous than I normally would be, while having the safety net of the shorts to protect my modesty. What fun! And I love the side slit! The garment is well made and constructed and I love the fabric, so soft and stretchy in all the right areas. It is a blend of 85% Polyester,15%Spandex. It is machine washable and it washes up nicely. I washed in cold water, on delicate and line dried. There was not shrinking or fading. The have 9 different colors! This is an adorable skort. The color is jet black. The material is soft and the stitching is done really well. It is not see through at all. The short underneath does not ride up on me while wearing it. There is a nice slit at the side to accommodate for movement. It is a skort that is more of a snug fit but not tight. I would say it is true to size. I'm 5' 2" and 125 lbs and wear a medium and it fits really good and I have plenty of room for movement and for it to be comfortable while wearing it.
