This might sound unusual, but I didn’t actually buy these for gaming. I work in an office where we rely heavily on headsets for phone calls and virtual meetings. The standard-issue Plantronics headset never felt comfortable on my head. While the audio and mic quality were solid, I constantly got the cords caught on things around my desk—and ended up breaking three pairs because of it. I needed something more comfortable and durable. I tried a few alternatives, including other Plantronics models and some from Logitech, but nothing really worked for me. Eventually, I decided to give these a shot. They looked big, sturdy, and well-built—and I figured if they’re good enough for gaming communication, why not try them in the office? As it turns out, they’re perfect. Call quality is excellent—clients and coworkers hear me clearly—and the audio is so good I use them to listen to music and videos when I’m not on calls. I also appreciate the thick, durable cable. While I still occasionally snag the cord around my desk, this headset has held up without any issues so far. If you’re looking for a comfortable, reliable headset for office use, I definitely recommend giving this one a try—even if it’s marketed for gamers. Read more

It's a good headset, don't download the software or bother with it unless you want to change the RGB. The surround 7.1 isn't great it actively makes sound feel choppy and blocky if they makes any sense. It fit well and the connections are great. It also has a comfortable weight. Read more
This is my second pair of Razer Kraken headphones. On my first pair the covering on the ears completely dissolved and I couldn't find a suitable solution to fix this even though the headphones still worked. It looks like they have different material covering the ears and I hope this stands up better. The last pair did last for a long time so I expect these to last as long, if not longer. They are very comfortable and the sound is excellent. They use a USB connection, which I prefer over Bluetooth. No batteries required. The color changing on them is a nice touch even though I don't really need this. Read more
My son loves these. Much better sound than the previous generation and likes where the mute button is. He also said the ear part are a better design so it fits over the ear better and the noise cancelation is better. Good bang for your buck. Would recommend! Read more
Almost a great headset. unfortunately when there is no audio actively going through them there is an electrical buzzing, scratching noise akin to interference that goes off non-stop. I have tried everything from drivers, to razer synapse settings, to changing any audio setting I can find in my pc and even just trying different ports but after using them across 3 devices and it still happening there is definitely some kind of defect causing this annoying issue Read more
