These do work with one caveat, the work without fail in full light however if you are in low light conditions be prepared to cover the lens momentarily as it will be detected that the light is covered, after you cover the left side it will allow you to record as normal. As others have noted the sticky tape is not aggressively sticky so it can come off with a little effort mine have not come off and I have had them on for a few weeks now. Read more

Wasn’t trying to be a creeper but just awkward in general to have the light blinking when recording and people getting a weird feeling you’re recording them but these flat out do not work. Tired thrice and chose to return them for just being a waste. Read more

These work... sometimes, in an already well lit area without doing the 'cover the lens for a second' trick. With ample daylight, these allow just enough light to trick the sensor into allowing the glasses to activate. In low light, like in an ambient restaurant or club, etc, the gap doesn't allow enough light and your glasses will fail to activate the camera. On the good side, they are easy to apply and they look great from the front point of view. Looking straight on, you can't even tell that they're on because they fit right over the light lens. If you turn at a slight angle, though, the thickness shows a little bit of light through the elevated platform. But, still much better than a bright blaring light in a less lit area. Be careful that they are also easy to fall off while putting them in the charging case and the adhesive isn't as durable and strong as you might think. This is both a good thing and not so good thing. Fortunately, they've anticipated this and give you several covers per package. They'll last as long as you're not constantly knocking them around. Works as intended but it can fall off every once in a while since the glue isn’t strong enough. Read more

The media could not be loaded. They work.. sorta. Was genuinely excited for these but for the price I don’t think these are really worth it. In dark settings it doesn’t work since the piece does block light coming into the sensor thus giving the error that it’s blocked. IF you adjust the open notch to be pointing up it MIGHT work but even then in my use it was only about 50% of the time. If there is a lot of light then it works fine, again IF the notch is pointing upward. Finally it does stick on as advertised BUT it doesn’t last very long which I guess is why they give you so many. They will eventually fall off. Also if you charge the glasses via the original case they will come off due to the blocker coming out slight and it then pushes up against the case causing it to get un done. Read more

Doesn't work at night. I put one on and had no trouble with it when using it outside on a bright day, but I tried to record something while I was driving at night and the glasses told me something was blocking the LED sensor so I ended up having to take it off. Read more

They are apparently supposed to let some light in so that the camera does not think it is blocked If it is, it won't take a picture. They stick out a bit and have virtually no stick um so they fall off without even touching them. Absolute garbage product. Read more

Tiny in size but easily installed and work. Nicely made. Make sure to point the top of the Y up and everything will work. Read more
