This is a great helmet all around. The visor works amazingly well, especially when using a chainsaw—it keeps most of the debris and sawdust out of my eyes. I use it a lot when cutting trees or working under branches, and it gives solid protection without feeling bulky. The fit is excellent and easily adjustable. Once it’s on, it stays snug and doesn’t wobble or slide around, which makes it really comfortable for longer jobs. The light on this thing is honestly one of my favorite parts. It’s very bright, easy to adjust, and incredibly handy. I’ve actually started using the helmet as a stand for the light when I’m working on other projects at night, like fixing a car or working under a sink. It points exactly where I need it, and it’s become my go-to stationary light when I need both hands free. The overall build feels tough and durable but still lightweight, and it’s held up great so far. Between the visor, the fit, and that bright, versatile light, this helmet is a winner. This hard hat is definitely high visibility as depicted. The color matches what was expected. This hat fits me well and it can be ratcheted down tight. The hat has some weight to it, mostly due to the attached accessories which are a nice addition. The quality of the hat seems good also except for the sweatband. The material in this sweatband causes me to have a rash, if I sweat too much. However, the sweatband is replaceable, so I may be able to find a better sweatband for it. Back to the accessories, the shield is great for a quick flip protection to keep wind from blowing in the eyes. I'm using in AI datacenters here, where IT typically doesn't need hard hats or eye protection until this AI boom causes us to work in active construction zones. The flip down shield is great when server fans are blowing a lot of air. The light is nice also, when needing to inspect closely inside a server or if the datacenter goes dark. My boyfriend works outdoors on a ranch. So while he’s not doing construction anymore, there’s still plenty of things around on a daily basis that could really conk someone on the head in a bad way. I’ve also long thought he should wear eye protection since all kinds of things can get kicked up around his face, and he is often asked to use a chainsaw to cut down fallen logs or clear brushy areas. So this helmet looked like just the ticket. Thankfully, he agreed after getting a good look at the myriad features in one helmet. I tried it on, too, to get a feel for how heavy or light it is, and I was shocked, in a good way, at how light it felt and how the adjustability made it a perfect fit. He particularly likes the dual safety goggles, with the outer pair helping to prevent glare. He also appreciates the headlamp for the ability to aim it where it’s needed. And there’s other available features that we aren’t using but will be ideal for others, such as the ability to add hearing protection. This is not a bargain basement item, but it sure is worth every cent for bringing safety in a product that will actually be used. Read more

It looks really nice, very cool and on the job "Pro". The reality is different. The headliner is thin plastic. It bends and folds under very light pressure. The strap material is very thin as well and attached to a thin, what appears to be neoprene, head piece for the crown of the head inside the helmet. The buckle for the chin strap is paper thin. I will upload photos. The helmet does fit nicely and adjusts well with the turn knob at the back. The helmet is made from ABS plastic. It is not carbon fiber. By itself, the helmet isn't too heavy and feels quite comfortable. The shield and goggles are great to have attached, but I fear the plastic pieces that they are attached with will prematurely fail with a lot of use. They come down smooth for now, but I can see how that will change with how flimsy the plastic support pieces are all throughout the helmet. I do like that there are adjustable air vents, one on each side of the helmet. The headlamp is probably my favorite thing overall. The single cob led is super bright. The lens adjust for a wide beam or spot light. It has 2 brightness levels as well as a red light function. The red light can be steady or flashing. It also has a wave feature with the other button on the lamp. After pressing it, you simply wave your hand in front of the lamp to turn it off or on. The headlamp comes with its own elastic strap and type c cable. The lamp is rechargeable. I would not purchase this particular helmet again in the future. I don't feel it would provide a great deal of safety. Some is better than none I suppose. I hope this helps. Read more
