The product recieved was exactly as described and was delivered pretty quickly. Excellent bargain when you consider how much these cost at a retail store and how hard they are to find sometimes. The bristles were just a bit softer than I had expected because they are a different design toothbrush (same brand though) than I usually purchase but still the high quality you expect from a J&J product.
