This brush is awesome!! I never used to use brushes to apply foundation until a visit to a high-end makeup counter. They sold me on it and am glad I decided to try it. I was able to extend the life of my foundation by only needing a fraction of what i typically needed but I spent almost 30$ on the high-end brush so it wasn’t much savings. When I needed a replacement I bought this angled kabuki brush from my pharmacy. I can’t tell you how much better this was than the expensive $brand at a fraction of the cost. This brush is amazing at blending full coverage liquid foundation and since switching I have received so many compliments on how nice it looks and makes my skin look natural. I let my mom borrow it and she was hooked too. I tried a few others since I travel and tend to lose things easily but they just don’t work as well as this one. It is my favorite and i love this little brush! Bottom line…this one is the best quality brush at an amazing price. If you use liquid foundation this is a must! Read more

I bought this brush specifically for white face paint. I tried cheaper foundation kabuki style brushes, but their sparse fibers were leaving streaks, which are VERY obvious when the paint is not your skin color. This brush is so soft, and the fibers are really densely packed for a smooth application. Only downside, IMO, is the lack of handle. It's awkward to hold and I don't know how to lay it to dry—seriously, I've been just putting it on its side, but ideally I hang brushes upside down. Aside from that, it's a great quality brush and I highly recommend. Read more

This is a really nice Kabuki brush and the price is not too bad. I wanted this kind of brush for the longest time. I haven’t tried it with a liquid foundation but it evenly spread loose powder. Read more

8/31/19 This is a "first impressions" review that will be updated after I've used it a while. To get that streak free "air brushed" look with my liquid foundation [Estee Lauder Double Wear], I always purchase rounded/domed Kabuki brushes as they routinely have densely packed bristles. I chose the RT blender brush to replace a rather pricey brand name Optical Blurring brush that after only 2 yrs has sadly begun to lose its bloom as well as hair! I wash my makeup brushes daily to insure a fresh smooth foundation application. I honestly felt that a $40 brush would last longer than 2 years! First impressions of the "newbie": i was surprise [given its price] to find that this brush is VERY DENSELY PACKED! Even more so than the aforementioned $$$$ one . The bristles are very soft, in fact much softer than the $$$$ one and I believe synthetic the metal handle is sturdy but not heavy and is comfortable to hold the bristles are evenly spaced and firmly attached within the handle This will be my first use of a "non handled" [not sure that's even a term but it works!] foundation brush so I'm eager to give it a test drive. Will have more to say about handle vs no handle in my update. For right now, I'm impressed enough to recommend this brush. 9/17/19 Update Been using this foundation brush for 2 weeks now and without a doubt this is the best one I've tried. Having always used a handle style brush, this one does take some getting use to but its worth it. As I use Estee Lauder Double Wear liquid foundation I've not tried it with cream or powder foundations. I found dabbing the foundation on one section of my skin 1st [i.e. forehead, cheeks, etc] then using the brush to spread and buff it in works best. It also works perfectly used in a pouncing motion [i.e. beauty blender sponge technique] on areas that need a little more coverage. Read more

I was skeptical purchasing these brushes here thinking "why are these priced so low than their website?". I ordered this and a few others here and I confirmed that it's legit with RT through IG. I am not a makeup guru but wanted to expand my brush set. I already have some of the RT brushes like the foundation brush but wanted to try a dense oval brush. I like the short stubby handle as it gives me better control to do my strokes. One thing I noticed is that if you directly put foundation on it, it can be streaky when you blend. So I rather dot my face and it blends nicely. The finish/coverage seems better than their regular foundation brush since it's hairs are densely packed. I clean it with my blender cleanser and some makeup still stays stuck in the middle but overall cleans well and does not shed. Can't beat the price for a quality product. Read more

OMG! This is my Holy Grail of brushes. I bought it primarily as a smaller type brush for powder I carry in a small makeup bag. Now I use it for all my face products. It applies cream blushes and highlighter over powder foundation as well as under foundation or with other powder products. It's a total workhorse, soft and cruelty free, washes easily, and blends nearly everything. I wanted to get one for home, but couldn't find it anywhere! I was thrilled when I found out Amazon carried it. Buy at least one. You'll be glad Read more

This is honestly the only thing I’ve ever liked using for my liquid foundation. It’s nice and dense and I can spread the product evenly across my face. No shedding either. It holds its shape after each use. I don’t apply makeup directly to it I apply to my face then use the brush idk if that makes a difference for how long it’ll make the brush last. I tried other brushes but they felt too feather and would leave streaks. This one doesn’t do that. Read more
