This mug warmer is by far one of the best purchases I've ever made on Amazon. I do have to make sure I don't accidentally place something on it I shouldn't, because it does work really well and will melt rubber. It keeps my tea and coffee warm for hours. I'm a tea and coffee junkie and this has made me stop having to go to the microwave over and over all day long. There's three different settings you can use, though I prefer the highest for my drinks. I literally use this every day, seven days a week. It hasn't failed me at all and hasn't overheated. It does get hot enough that you don't want to touch it or it could burn you, so if you have young children it might not be ideal, but I'd use this for every other situation. While the colors of the indicator lights I would argue look different in room light than advertised it's easy enough to see that the order of temperatures is high, medium, low, then back to off. The product heats better than one of the other ones I have on high, and I like the switch on the unit rather than on the cord. The type of light-touch switch used needs some attention paid to it to not turn it on by mistake. However, even with a paper napkin on top of it on high it did not reach ignition temperature. So, moot point. The one drawback that made me subtract one star was that the advertised dimensions are measured to the OUTSIDE of the raised edge of the heating surface, NOT the usable surface. The actual usable diameter is 3 5/8". So, many of my cups which I'd planned to use cannot be used. Oh, well. I had several that do fit, so I'm keeping it. One other point that other reviewers noted is that the bottom gets pretty hot. I use a cheap, lightweight trivet under it for laminate, tablecloths or finished wood surfaces to avoid unpleasant surprises. Read more

I do not recommend this Can Opener. I purchased a Procter Silex can opener which works great and automatically stops when lid is cut. This ones Auto Shut off never worked. It cut less than 1/2 dozen cans and no longer opens the cans. We did not use it often enough to decide it was useless. The window to return closed one day before we decided it needed to be returned. Finally a warmer that actually keeps my coffee HOT. I do wish it had a weight sensor so I wouldnt have to remember to turn it off. It has 3 settings. Hot, warmer and warm. I have to turn it to warm when I drink more than half, otherwise its to hot. Read more

I was a bit skeptical about this product because there were a couple of bad reviews, but it works great. You just put it on the can, press the button and let it do it's thing. When the can is opened, you just push the button which shuts it off and remove it. There are no sharp edges. I would definitely recommend it to my best friend. Read more
