Not just a perfect, drop-in replacement for my failed Magic Chef microwave in my travel trailer but clearly an upgrade as well. Turntable plate actually fits the drive hub perfectly (OE didnt). The led is a more subdued red and not the bright blue that lit up the inside of the trailer all night. (Had to cover with duct tape at night). Total changeover took less than 30 minutes and it works great. Exterior finish is even nicer than OEM. Read more

My 25 year old microwave finally gave out. It was going to cost more to fix it than buy new. So even though the old one was much larger, this fit perfectly into the existing area. The trim covered the excess hole space. I live in my motor home 8 months out of the year for work, and this was easy to install, looks nice, and works well. I am really please. Have not driven with it yet for hours on end over bumps and rough roads, however I believe it will be fine. Read more

My old microwave was a Greystone with the exact measurements of this model. I ordered the RecPro because I used this brand in my previous RV and liked it quite well. My old Greystone was a hateful thing, which had constant display issues and would also beep in the middle of the night for no apparent reason - it obviously had issues with it's touchpad. Well, the replacement I receive from RecPro was not the RecPro model in the listing, rather, a Greystone model that was a duplicate of my old unit, so strike one. Strike two and three were that the new Greystone had a defective display the moment I plugged in the unit. I didn't order a Greystone because I didn't want another one but to find their quality is so poor that new units come with display issues is a sad commentary on the brand. Obviously, I sent the thing back and I guess I won't be shopping the RecPro brand anymore either. Read more

The unit looks nice. Installation was way. My on complaint would be, I had to put a little suction cup handle on the door. It did not open when pressing the button, and there is no place to reach the edge of the door to open it. In all fairness, I did not reach out to the company for a remedy. I’ve only had it a few days. Read more
