Great light therapy glasses
EDIT Jan 2023: This item has been out of stock for several months, but another seller has listed an identical-looking item here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0BN1MNV2C/ Original review: If you notice, most of the other reviews here are for a completely different product, a light therapy lamp/tablet. This review is for the actual Azhien light therapy glasses listed right now. I've previously tried the Pegasi and Luminette light glasses extensively for shifting my circadian rhythm (feeling sleepy earlier, waking earlier). These glasses are better in the most important way: they put out light that peaks at 480nm, which is the wavelength that affects circadian rhythms the most. They claim 1000 lumens, and 1000 lumens of 480nm light has the effect of something like 6000 lumens of white light (look up "melanopic lux"). These have been sold out for months now, I hope the manufacturer brings them back! UPDATE: I discovered that if you don't set a timer after turning it on (just press and hold to turn on, don't keep pressing the button), it lasts significantly longer, just over 2 hours. The manual didn't make it clear that it's possible to not set a timer. So that's better than before! Read more
