I am using this as an aid for post-shingles nerve pain on my torso. I was hoping that the Red Light Therapy was separate from the heating function ... it is not. I cannot apply heat, so this feature is not helpful to me for what I purchased it for but the massaging function is good with 3 varying functions. I am 5ft.,130 pounds, and this belt is pretty large for my body but still functional. I am sure it will come in handy when I tweak my back -as I will. My biggest 'complaint' is with the fixed controller - it is crazy sensitive. If you touch it or it touches anything, it adjusts the heat or massaging levels. The auto-timing allows for about 15 minutes at a time and the charge seems to last a long time. I would recommend. Read more
I bought this as a Christmas present for my 90 yr old mother who has back pain, knee pain, and a broken shoulder. Although she has used it for her back, shoulder, and knee, I'm not sure yet about the overall effectiveness. I think she needs to use some more before I can assess the effectiveness. The belt fit was easy to adjust and it was very easy to operate. As for shoulder and knee use, my mother just lays it across those affected areas. It seems to work well, is portable, and is a good buy for the money so far. The quality of it seems durable enough. While I cannot say that this product will help everyone, I think it is worth a try. I had a different one (no longer available) and I liked that one better! The massage is loud, it’s only 30 minutes and if you use massage and heat at the same time it needs charged faster! I use it for my back, so need to start it, then put it in my back. The other one had a remote. There are many ways this could be improved! Read more
