Don't waste your money or your time. The product came broken with instructions obviously translated (badly)from another country. I looked for instructions thinking I was missing something with the assembly. The instructions go from page one (a picture of the product)to page 2 which reads at the top "III. Usage Method". I'm sorry, but what happened with I and II???? I was able to figure out, after watching user videos, that there should be a clip at the top of the mask to hold the plastic strap. The clip was broken and there was no broken pieces in the box, which leads me to believe this was probably someone else's return. It's going back to the company as soon as the UPS store opens.
