I'm not sure if the assumption is that everyone knows how to use these things, but I do not. The directions are awful, missing words, sometimes the sentences go off on a weird tangent, not visual help for how to actually set up and apply the mask which makes the written instructions even worse. I'm not sure how effective it is, time will tell. The adhesive to attach to the head works but I'm confused because the top part of the mask is flush on the face, meanwhile there is a large gap between the bottom of the mask and the face. I don't know if that's how it's meant to be. There is also another adhesive that I have no clue how to use. This is where good directions or a clear step by step video outlining how to set up and use it comes in handy. But the video I found does not even mention the other attachment. The eye pieces, after research, I put them in and put the mask on. But it did not seem like the eye pieces protect from the lights. Not sure how often I'll be able to use this, especially as someone with already blurry eyesight who wears glasses. Truthfully, it does not fit, unless that's how it's meant to be and the lighting bothered my eyes. So, I'd exercise caution. Read more
