I’ve been into red light therapy for a while and I’ve been using face masks and the lamps, but I wanted something to be more specific for my hair. I like that this is targeted to my scalp area so that way it hopefully helps with increasing the strength of my hair and hair growth. This is very functional because you just put it on while you’re in bed for 30 minutes and you are able to be consistent with it because it’s so convenient. Due to cancer treatment, I have lost my hair. This was four years ago. The hair on top of my head never grew back and the sides and back are very thin. I know I am looking for something short of a miracle, but I am going to try this cap. The price is much more affordable than others I have seen on the Internet, which means if it doesn’t work, I don’t feel like I threw hundred of dollars a away. I just received the cap. It is very comfortable., does not touch the sensitive scalp and therefore does not burn as another device i bought did.Seems to be well-made. The other used described the technical features already. The booklet suggest the treatment of 16 weeks for 20 minutes every other day. After that, they recommend to continue for maintenance as need Note; I also have a busted knee, which causes me a lot of pain. I read that red light therapy is good for calming pain.
